Venue Rental Pricing:

Monday-Thursday $1595 for 8 Hours

Fridays $1995 for 8 Hours

Saturdays and Holidays $2495 for 8 Hours

*$1000 Non-refundable Booking Fee required to book. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to event date. Winter events in JANUARY-MARCH are an additional $500.

Inclusions for all Venue Rentals:

  • 8 Hours of exclusive use of Barn and parking spaces

  • Use of outdoor courtyard, pavilion & landscaped backyard.

  • 100 Bentwood resin chairs

  • 10 Round tables (60-in diameter, seats 6-8 per table)

  • Two 10ft Wooden farm-style tables

  • Large hanging customizable chandelier

  • Large customizable chalkboard

  • Foyer Table, Cake Table, Gift Table

  • 5 Cocktail tables

  • 4 Barrels. 2 Wine, 2 Whiskey

  • Arbor/Arch backdrop

  • Sound System with Bluetooth connection to your phone or device for playlist play

  • 28ft ARGOSY AIRSTREAM trailer: a retro-cozy bridal room and/or hangout space

Rental period must account for any needed time to set up & take down all decorations & personal items, Including any deliveries, IE food, cake, DJ, etc.

  • Extra Hours $200 each

    (or 4 additional hours for $500)

  • Drape it up!!! $400

    turn your event into a showstopper with drapes that hang from the ceiling

  • Additional Chairs/Tables

    White folding chairs: $50 per 25 (up to 100) and up to 5 additional 60’ diameter round tables for outside use

  • Yard Games! $150 

    5 games all set up and ready to play

  • Vintage Photo Post $400

    (All ready with picture frame backdrop, vintage loveseat, and a briefcase of fun props)

  • Outdoor umbrella heaters $75 each

  • Leave the Clean-up to Us $400+
